The laboratory is structured in three parts.
First Part ACTIVITIES
The goals of all the activities go beyond theatrical game. Through individual and group games and improvisations we work on:
Theatrical space - creating theatrical scenes in space, which is formed through by body movements and voice
Group - getting to know and accepting the differences; to feel supported by the group
Body - awareness of one's own body and physical movements
Gesture - working on yourself and on the expressive potential
Non-verbal language - transmitting feelings through expressions, gestures, noises, sounds
Rhythm - developing attention and listening; mastering the stage movement and rhythm
Voice - breathing techniques and voice delivery, acquiring a natural synchronicity between speech and movement
Improvisation - an expression of creativity; creating theatrical situations structuring spontaneity
Dramatization - creating a story based on an idea or developing a topic, using the exercises done so far
Second Part HOW THE THEATRICAL SHOW BORN
This step requires utmost concentration, availability and compliance with the rules from the children.
First comes the idea - reading texts, discussing ideas for choosing a topic
Script - analysis, adaptation of plays or writing a text based on the adolescents ideas
Rehearsals - analysis of the characters (character, physical characteristics, gestures, etc.)
Scenography - realization of the costumes, the stage elements and music choice

Third Part THEATRICAL SHOW
The staging of the theatrical show is a natural conclusion of the whole process.
It is an expression of what has been learned, of the commitment, of the expressive and creative abilities of each participant, as well as of the ability to work together on a common goal.
The learning process has a priority over the performance. This determines more favorable conditions for the formation and growth of adolescents.
