Privacy protection of personal data

 Validity from January 1, 2019

 

1. General information
A new regulation on the protection of personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, adopted by the European Union, entered into force on 25 May 2018. The regulation aims to guarantee the protection of the data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the rules for their processing.

“La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / Artesi EOOD operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Application of this Privacy Policy
As Administrator of personal data, ”La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only personal data to the extent necessary for providing the service and keeping them responsibly and legally.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including those who use our website without registering or subscribing to services on the website.

3. Types of personal information we collect
“La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD can collect only the following information provided by filling out the contact forms on the site:

  • first and last name, address

  • phone number

  • email address

  • iP address

  • curriculum vitae


However, we do not collect special categories of personal information about you, such as “sensitive data” revealing:

  • racial or ethnic origin

  • political opinions

  • religious or philosophical beliefs

  • labor union membership

  • genetic data  processing

  • biometric data to uniquely identify an individual

  • health data

 

4. Purpose in collecting personal data
We must know your personal information in order to provide you with the services offered through this site as part of a contract between us in relation to their provision, as well as the information that you have requested or have explicitly accepted. We do not collect personal information that we do not need for the purposes indicated above.

At the moment, we are processing your data exclusively for:

  • Requests processing

  • Assistance

  • Personalized communication with you


5. Principles for collecting personal information
Your data security is a priority for us. To this end, “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD has adopted adequate administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against loss, theft and unauthorized use, the disclosure of modifications.

6. Period of storage of personal data
We will keep your data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, as set out in this Privacy Policy. In any case, personal data collected for the purposes set out in item 4 of this Privacy Policy shall be retained for the time required to provide our services. 

At the end of the storage period, your personal data will be deleted, made anonymous or aggregated.

7.  Transmission of personal data for processing

9. Your rights to personal data


9.1. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
If you do not wish all or part of your personal data to be further processed by “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD , you may at any time revoke your consent to treatment by email request specified in paragraph 2.1.

9.2. Right of access

9.4. Right to be canceled (“Right to be forgotten”)


A) You have the right to request “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD to delete your personal data and “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD has the obligation to cancel them without undue delay in the presence of one of the following reasons:

  • the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected and processed

  • you object to the processing of your personal data, including direct marketing purposes and has no legal grounds for processing

  • your personal data have been processed unlawfully

  • the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligations under EU or the Member States law applicable to “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD


B) “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD is not obliged to delete personal data if it is archived and processed:

  • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and the right to information

  • to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under EU or Member State law applicable to the Administrator or for the performance of a public interest task or in the exercise of official powers conferred on it

  • for reasons of public interest in the field of public health

  • for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes

  • for establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims 


C) In order to exercise the “Right to be forgotten”, you must send a written request to “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD, as well as to verify your identity with the “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD, submitting your ID card and, if necessary, enter your access data into person's profile to which the data relates, in the presence of an employee of “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD.

 D) “La Zanzara Lab” Laboratorio di teatro / ArteSi EOOD not erase any data with a legal obligation to be preserved, including for protection against legal claims against it or to defend its own rights.
 

9.5. Right of restriction
