The Four Days program of the workshop will be structured as follow:


Morning

10:00 13:30

  • Yoga, Awakening - stretching

  • Chakra, energetic meditation training

  • Expressive movement/boxing 

  • Self awareness of body - space

  • Acting, Planning/roles assignment

  • Improvisations, studying of the character

 

13:30 – 14:30 Light lunch

Afternoon

14:30 – 17:00

  • Yoga Flow

  • Breath exercises, Pranayama technics

  • Improvisations, study of the role and experimentation

 

17:00 – 17:30 Break

 

Evening

17:30 – 20:00 

  • Boxing

  • Acting, Voice and improvisation training

  • Relaxing stretching Yoga

Daily schedule may vary according to the receptivity and stimuli of the class.

Activities

Actor training based on Stanislavskij - Strasberg "The Method" and Antonin Artaud works linked to Yoga practice and Boxing training.

 

"The Method" was used and still used by Italian and International actors such as Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep, Dustin Hoffman.

  • Theatre improvisation training

  • Breathing training

  • Work on oneself using Stanislavskij’s method

  • BOXING training

  • Exercises of passions (A.Artaud) based on good training, physical strength, inner strength, mastery of breath and rhythm

  • Yoga exercises based on breath control, flexibility, balance, strength, stamina and mental presence

  • Breathing techniques (Pranayama)

  • Meditation

  • Attention to transitions

  • YOGA Flow - small dance
