DESCRIPTION
Course „The Actor Space“ is directed by Gennady Nikolaevich Bogdanov and Claudio Massimo Paternò.
The aim of the course is practical and theoretical comprehension of educational system of Theatrical Biomechanics of Meyerhold.
The program of the course follows all the pedagogical steps that Meyerhold defined in his own actor's school and consist of 44 pedagogical points transmitted through direct teaching process from Maestro Kustov to Maestro Bogdanov.
This pedagogical program has been created by Maestro Gennady Bogdanov and Claudio Massimo Paternò in exclusive for CISBiT of Perugia and will be applied at LaZanzaraLab International course.

Study of the principles of the construction of the action (organization, control, awareness).
Goals:
➢ provide the actor the necessary tools to re-educate his reflexes;
➢ collaborate to move away from his daily and mechanical movements;
➢ build characters through a psychophysical approach;
➢ play in a state of deeper concentration and thus master the scenic play;
Program:
➢ Study of the principles of biomechanical body training
➢ Study of the 7 principles of the construction of the action
➢ Approach to the classical forms of the Theatrical Biomechanics
➢ 2 theoretical lessons
➢ Final colloquium
Second “Intermediate” level: “Training - Principles In-Depth”
Second Level consists of 30 hours of practical activity directed by Master Gennady Bogdanov + 3 hours of theoretical study with Claudio Massimo Paternò.
Designed for:
Attendance at 2nd level is allowed to all pupils of LaZanzaraLab and to actors/actresses, dancers and pupils who have followed one or more courses, seminars, workshops with Master Bogdanov out of LaZanzaraLab sorting for at least 30 working hours.
Study Planing:
Development and in-deapth study of principles of building the action through everyday physical training.
Students will learn to think of their gestures according to the rhythmic rules of biomechanics, to give importance to every moment of their stage work and to create a dramaturgy of movement.
Program:
➢ Deepening of the basic principles of theatrical biomechanics through everyday body training
➢ Study of the rhythm
➢ Action phrases study
➢ Study of the theatrical gesture
➢ Study of a composition of gestures
➢ Stage exercise
➢ 2 theoretical lessons
➢ Final colloquium
Third “Advanced” level: “Training - Principles - Space”
Third Level consists of 30 hours of practical activity directed by Master Gennady Bogdanov + 3 hours of theoretical study with Claudio Massimo Paternò.
Designed for:
Enrollment in the 3rd level is subject to prior selection and requires study with Maestro Bogdanov at LaZanzaraLab, CISBiT or similar facility for at least 60 working hours.
Study Planing:
Application of the principles of theatrical biomechanics with reference to space. Study of space as an environment where the actor acts.
Study of the relationship between the rhythm of the actor's movement and the rhythm of space. Study of the various expressive possibilities of the actor in relation to various types of space: stairs, ramps, tables, cubes, practicable. Work on the eccentric.
